Bills may be paid in person at these locations (please do not mail bills to these addresses).  Lobby hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The customer service center is open Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.

Pay Your Bill Online

Waste Management's WM ezPay online billing offers you the ability to receive and view invoices online, set up automatic payments and securely store account and credit card information so you can easily pay your Waste Management bills with only a few clicks of your mouse.

To use online billing for the first time, all you need is a recent Waste Management invoice, current email address and a few minutes to complete the online enrollment screens.  Pay Your Bill Online.
